We will detail all involved costs before proceeding to the shooting stage. Yet, there will be charges if you request for sudden changes during post-production stage (e.g., bilingual voice-over, ratio, duration,etc.).
There will be 2 rounds of feedback for every video. However, we happpily welcome any review before the final round as we understand that every detail matters. We settle till you satisfied!
There will be mileage and petrol charges for any outstation project.

We generally keep backup copies of any footage and project files for a minimum of 2 years. We are happy to send you a copy if you make request.

This depends on various factors (e.g., type of project, location, talent, etc.). Our pricing typically starts at RM5000+. In most cases, customization is required. Hence, we will tailor pricing accordingly to video needs.
From A to Z, approximately 4-6 weeks time is expected to deliver the final video. In the case of big projects, it takes 6-12 weeks as more workforce and steps are involved.
